- Eligibility and Claims
- Provides External and Internal Customers with Requested Information
- Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.
- Utilize and be familiar with current system functions, applications, enhancements or upgrades in products and services
- Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
- Secure and maintain the confidentiality of member’s accounts and information
