Job Description

Provide necessary information to customers regarding the facility’s services and doctors’ availability
Obtain necessary patient information such as medical histories and insurance information and ensure that it is properly processed and recorded
Follow-up with doctors and nurses to obtain necessary information to complete patients’ records
Monitor call status for responses from various departments to ensure that call returns are done in a timely manner
Requirement
Filipino, 18 years old and above
HIGH SCHOOL graduate or College Graduate/Undergraduate
Fresh graduates and experienced applicants will be accepted
With or without experience in customer service
Ability to handle conversations in English
Computer literate
Willing to work in CEBU CITY
