Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for overall customer service and customer satisfaction. The customer service supervisor must effectively lead and motivate their team of customer service representatives, as well as provide employees with performance feedback, proper training, and guidance. A key aspect of this role is effectively leading the team and ensuring all customer service needs are met in a timely manner. Must be familiar with the company’s products/services and the customers that are served.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance and Accounting, Banking or any equivalent/related courses.
  • Relevant experience in customer service field, preferably in a lending / fintech industry
  • Strong knowledge of customer services procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
