Job Description

As Customer Support you are entrusted to establish the Customers’ trust with the DeliRush brand of service. Your primary function is to respond to customer service inquiries and disputes through the call center and the company’s official communication channels. While you are responsible for identifying and assessing the Customers’ needs, respond to their queries, and resolve issues, you are expected to monitor the progress and fulfillment of their requests concerning their transaction. Furthermore, you are expected to comply with the company's call handling procedures, guidelines, and policies in attending to the Customers’ concerns and in resolving issues. You are also to ensure that Customers are properly guided in using and navigating the DeliRush App for IOS and Android mobile phones. Moreover, you will be requested to perform tasks and provide the information needed for planning, developing, and reviewing programs and processes that will improve service delivery and strengthen the Customers affinity with the brand.
