-Bachelor Graduate of any IT Related Course (we can consider BSECE and BSCOE)

-With PC troubleshooting skills, both in hardware and software
-With basic knowledge in Networking
-Knowledgeable in Level 1 and Tier 1 Support On-Site Support
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist all requests in-terms of desktop and network issues
-Must be able to attend all assigned tickets
-Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving
-Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned
-Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective clients Administrators (ex: resetting of end users password, configuration needed in Networks connections
-Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) /update every ticket assigned in real time.
-Must be able to follow client's company policies and procedures
-Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA set by the client
