Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

  • Knowledgeable in basic PC troubleshooting 
  • Good understanding of computer architecture
  • Basic knowledge in Network communication
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office installation and configuration

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

  • Assessing Problems and Identifying Solutions
  • analyze problems and apply fix
  • Documentation of resolutions (if any)
  • Updating of service ticket
  • perform the daily backup
  • deployment of computers
  •  
  • Remote Support
  • installation of necessary software
  • support to stockroom management (scrap disposal, inventory, etc)
  • end user support, computer requests
  • Tasks being done by Level 1 (in case on non-availabilityof L1)
  • Perform desktop support
  • > software installation and configuration
  • > basic PC troubleshooting
  • > software and hardware problems
