Digital Marketing

• Compose and post online content on the company website and other online avenues such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube Page by ensuring that updated visuals, photos and information are used. Optimize online avenues to capture wider reach of market and new opportunities for generating sales.
• Community Management
• Respond to customers in a timely manner. Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews. Build relationships with customers by advocating the brand on social networks.
• Administrative Tasks
• Coordinates with other departments by maintaining an open line of communication to ensure smooth flow of any Digital Marketing implementation of collaterals particularly in our social media accounts. Maintains a systematic filing of digital marketing collaterals by means of profiling of data collected, in order to ensure proper safekeeping and easy retrieval of materials.
• Others
• Assist in carrying out major Marketing events and rallies and attend them to facilitate success

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a bachelor degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• Can work along with all types of individuals
• Organized and can work in fast-paced environment
• With good verbal and written communication skills
