The electronics design engineer will be a member of a design team involved in the development of Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). He/she will design circuits and SMPS topologies, perform product verification testing, and will be responsible for resolving associated technical issues.

Responsibilities

- Design and Test prototype circuit

- Analyze electronic circuits and SMPS topologies.

- SMPS qualification as per IPC standard

- Modify and troubleshoot power supplies.

- Perform verification testing and resolve issues to meet specifications.

- Data gathering and interpreting results.

- Provide factory support; resolve issues related to test and manufacturability.

- Review and provide modifications in schematic diagrams, circuit board lay-out and mechanical construction.

- Calculate and construct magnetic components

- Write technical test reports.

- International compliance testing

Requirements

- Degree\Diploma in Engineering

- 1 to 3+ years of experience

- Committed to self development and a willing learner

- Team player, resourceful and action oriented

- Proficient on the use of electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, electronic loads, power sources, thermal chambers, etc.

- Experience with Java, Python, C++ and other programming languages is a plus

- Knowledge in PCB, AutoCAD /ProE Creo software is a plus
