Manages the day to day operations of the office. Enhances executive effectiveness by providing administrative and information management support.
Skills and Abilities:
- Preferably with experience in Secretarial/Executive gained from a large progressive organization
- Experience gained in Real Estate/Property Development is an advantage
- Strong analytical/problem solving and communication
- Proven track record in demonstrating initiative and ability to prioritize and handle a demanding workload
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
1. Establish office systems, including legal contracts, HR and project files
2. Instituting rules to ensure the office runs smoothly
3. Setting policies and procedures and ensure effective implementation and adherence from employees
4. Acting as representative at committee meetings and functions
5. Handling issues, include risk management, clients dissatisfaction and employee problems
6. Making effective decisions that will only help the company run smoothly but that also serve to prevent difficult situations in the future
7. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
8. Managing projects and conducting research and admin functions
9. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments of the executives
10. Collect reports of each department for submission to the Director
11. In charge of set up, coordination and processing of request for check requisition for confidential documents
12. Act as liason between the Director and others by transmitting instructions and assignments
13. Read, screen and analyze incoming documents and calls to determine their signifiance and plan its distribution
