Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support and clerical assistance to the CEO / Managing Director and Director - Contracts of the Company.
- Helps schedule, coordinate and manage meetings, events and travel arrangements of the CEO / Managing Director and Director - Contracts of the Company.
- Performs clerical and office duties, such as running errands, screening phone calls, file and retrieve documents/reference materials, prepare correspondence, distribute incoming and outgoing communications, preparations of presentation materials.
- Design and maintain database, conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors in behalf or upon instructions
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients if warranted
- Bachelors Degree
- With 2 to 3 years of related experience
- with excellent otal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and well organized
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
