Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support and clerical assistance to the CEO / Managing Director and Director - Contracts of the Company.
  • Helps schedule, coordinate and manage meetings, events and travel arrangements of the CEO / Managing Director and Director - Contracts of the Company.
  • Performs clerical and office duties, such as running errands, screening phone calls, file and retrieve documents/reference materials, prepare correspondence, distribute incoming and outgoing communications, preparations of presentation materials.
  • Design and maintain database, conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors in behalf or upon instructions
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Interact with external clients if warranted


  • Bachelors Degree
  • With 2 to 3 years of related experience
  • with excellent otal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and well organized
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
  • With pleasing personality
  • Organizational and Planning skills
  • Information gathering and monitoring skills
  • Confident, with initiative, attentive to details and exhibits accuracy at work
  • Can adapt easily to her immediate working environment and given tasks.
