Work Address : The Trade and Financial Tower, 32nd st. cor. 7th ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Shall serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
- Shall be responsible in assisting the Chief Finance Officer with the following administrative tasks:
- Manage calendar of appointments and meetings
- Compose and prepare correspondences, letters, expense reports
- Arrange itineraries, agenda, and other travel related documents
- Works closely and effectively with the CFO to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Shall communicate directly and on behalf of the CFO with board members, donors, clients, etc.
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy, or equivalent
- With 2 to 5 years secretarial experience
- Has good communication skills (oral and written)
