Fund coordinator receives and issues official receipt for payment received; prepared the weekly Cash Position/Bank Balance Report; prepares checks to Vouhers prepared by bookkeeper; follow up on receivable. coordinates payment with government agencies i.e.; Pagibig, SSS. ; prepares an orderly system for accounting files.
