performance, skills and knowledge of all staff within the company operational, marketing and
administrative departments.
Directly Reports To: The CEO and to the Board
Supervises: Department heads and supervisors
Responsibilities:
PEOPLE
▪ Staff development & Training
▪ Staff performance management
▪ Goal setting and individual performance appraisals
▪ Managing absence & sickness of staffs
▪ Communication of company messages within the practice
▪ Employee Relations & managing conflict
▪ Attending to grievances and disciplinary issues
▪ Health & Safety compliance
▪ Encourage effective teamwork approach across all departments
CUSTOMER SERVICE
▪ Obtain & review patient feedback via patient survey as per procedure
▪ Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all facilities
▪ Actively manage complaints
▪ Manage waiting times for patient appointments to be minimum possible
▪ Manage telephone answering within guidelines within all departments
MANAGERIAL AND FINANCIAL
• Meeting with the supervisors and with all the staffs as necessary
• Action monthly/weekly business reports to CEO
• Effectively balance people, operational and activity requirements
• Manage appointment book and practice recall system
• Manage company correspondences
• Effectively maintain equipment & manage any repairs
• Facilitate ordering new equipment as necessary
• Stock management
• Effective IT system management

• Effective communication with all key business relationships
• Ensure staffs operate within all company policy and procedures
• Audits as per policy
BUSINESS FOCUS
• Activity management to meet patient & revenue targets
• Gather & analyze relevant activity data
• Oversee marketing activities on social media and collaterals
• Manage relationship & requirements at local level
• Manage practice controllable costs in line with budgets
• Submit for Board approval company growth plans
• Verify and implement all government compliances

• Proven experience of people management and/or working within healthcare
