Location: Taguig City
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Highly negotiable, dependent on experience
An established Global Shared Services Company is currently looking for a dynamic Head of Global Recruitment to oversee, manage and establish a Global Recruitment Department.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Actively promote career opportunities on multiple job boards
- Support Hiring Managers with recruitment and selection strategies
- Extend offers and compensation package to successful candidates
- Provide cost-effective recruitment solutions
- Ensure meeting monthly recruitment metrics
- Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders.
Qualifications/ skills required:
- At least 7 years’ experience in a regional/ global role in a multinational environment
- Background in Human Resource Management
- Knowledge in respective local HR roles and regulations
- Self-starter and able to work under pressure
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
