We are looking for a Health Care Associate / Agents for our Mandaluyong City site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet Daily / Weekly / Monthly production & Quality as per project SLAs / Timelines
• Responsible to check for patient Eligibility, Benefit verification & initiating an Authorization for service request on behalf of doctors / physicians / RCM companies in USA with the Insurance companies
• Production and Quality targets to be met
• Clear communication with the supervisors
• Schedule adherence - Should be flexible in working different shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED (General Education Degree) / Nursing Graduate
• Minimum of 1-2 years in the US Healthcare Insurance Domain (Payor or Provider space)
• Typical skills – 20 wpm with 85% accuracy
• MS office & Internet Proficiency
• Understands US Healthcare - Insurance
• Sound Knowledge of Eligibility n Benefit & Authorization
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively investigate, analyze and problem solve
• Ability to comprehend & communicate effectively with US Insurance/ Physician groups /Medical Billing companies
• Ability to read and comprehend Medical records of patient
• Demonstrates the ability to be flexible and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external teams, to identify and help resolve enterprise-wide challenges
• MS Office - Excel, PPT, Word
• Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with US customers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of US Medical billing terminologies
