Job Description

  • Responsible in Preparation of Timekeeping records every payroll cut-off Gemcor and GPI sites
  • Prepares Daily Time Record (DTR) every cut-off using EDS system
  • Monitor SL and VL of employees
  • Submit Payroll to Third Party Provider (CPI)
  • Assist Preparation and routing of Government Premium forms required
  • Request for Medicines and route Coffee/Milo Benefits every month
  • Assist in distribution of Employees Uniform
  • In-Charge of facilitating Employee ID request and issuance
  • Responsible for coordinating with head office concerns regarding the HMO and any insurance related (Employee) Renewal members enrollment and deletion and other matters concerning HMO and any insurance related to the employees.
  • Distribute Payslips to all employees in their availment of the HMO and other Mandatory benefits
  • Responsible for the checking of emergency medicine and first aid kit is available anytime
  • Responsible for checking the time record attachments of Manpower Contractor
