Job Description
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent.
Preferably with 1-4 years of experience as HR/Admin.
With previous background in various facets of HR: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, and Employee Relations.
Must be dynamic, determined and a good team player.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Background in construction is a plus.
Willing to be relocated in Mandaue City, Cebu
Can start ASAP.
