2. Compensation and  Benefits Admiistration including Administration of Performance         Evauation
3. Training and Development including Orientation
4.  HR Systems
5.  Labor/Employee Relations

Job Requirements:

1.  Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or Human Resources Management;
2.  Must have at least 3-year experience in the field;
3.  Knowledgeable of the Labor laws;
4.  Strong interpersonal skills;
5.  Dependable, high sense of responsibility, self-starter, detail-oriented, excellent 
     planning and organizing skills, good communication skills both oral and written; 
6.  Willing to be assigned in Marikina City.
