Job Description

Compensation & Benefits

 

Arranges annual physical examination (APE) for employees
Takes part in benchmarking, analyzing and modifying compensation and benefit programs, ensuring its competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
Facilitates annual renewal of corporate health (HMO) and group life insurance
Secures employees TIN and update BIR records
Keep in file all relevant information regarding government and company initiated benefits as well as data on work related sickness and accidents
Coordinates with Finance Department in terms of employee movements, salary loan deductions, monthly employee records, compensation, HR budget, employee OT requests, benefits, travel insurance
Manages government mandated benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC) and ensures new and existing employees data are updated
Update monitoring of employees SL/VL. Prepare conversion at the end of each fiscal year

WORK LOCATION: ORTIGAS

WORK SCHEDULE: MON TO FRI

SALARY: 18K-25K
