DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Recruitment, Hiring and Placement
a.Sources, administers exams and interviews applicants for LausGroup Dagupan Branches (Hyundai, Chevrolet, Kia, Ford,Mazda)
b.Checks the status of all applications received and ensures that documents are verified, processed and endorsed for screening/ action.
c.Schedules job offers and informs applicants of their pre-employment requirements and ensures that applicants render 100% compliance.
d.Handles all new hire paper works and file creation (e.g. employment contract, endorsement letter and 201 file.
e.Orients newly hired employees, endorses them to their respective Immediate Superiors/Unit Head and conducts monthly clinic feedback in coordination with the Immediate Superior/Unit Head.
2.Employee Benefits and Services
a.Oversees the administration of the compensation and employee benefit program and ensures the timely and effective delivery of employee benefits services.
b.Checks completeness of supporting documents of SSS, PhilHealth, BIR and HDMF applications.
c.Assists employees with their transactions with SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, HDMF and other government agencies:
Files sickness/maternity notification to SSS;
Secures TIN for new employees;
Coordinates with accounting in securing certificates for remittances contributions as requested by employees to facilitate claims with government agencies
d.Processes claims of employees for the LausGroup Hospitalization Plan.
e.Processes emergency and educational loan of qualified employees as needed.
f.Coordinates with HRMD-EAD the yearly renewal of group personal accident plan of drivers, liaison men, purchasers, messengers; MSPR and Fidelity Insurance for cashiers, collectors, sales personnel, etc.
g.Processes recommendations for promotion, salary adjustment, & regular appointment of employees as needed.
h.Summarizes and uploads DTR reports of employees into the Payplus System for payroll processing.
i.Ensures the timely and effective delivery of employee services including but not limited to issuance of company uniforms, IDs, clearance, certificates, etc.
j.Consistently implements the timekeeping and attendance monitoring policies and procedures. Ensures the timely issuance of tardiness and absences related DA’s to all employees
k.Maintains and updates Manning Complement and Plantilla of Positions reconciled with PayPlus and Employee 201 File on a monthly basis.
3. Employee Relations
a.Fosters good employee relations and discipline.
b.Conducts a regular clinic and feedback monitoring of newly hired employees.
c.Conducts counseling or verbal warning for rank and file employees based in Dagupan area, resulting from disciplinary actions due to habitual absences and tardiness and other violations or lapses that may result to suspension (but not dismissal).
d.Ensures that employee movements within the organization are properly evaluated and documented.
e.Responds to employees’ inquiries regarding policies and procedures. Enforces discipline and exact compliance on basic company policies and procedures.
f.Interacts and provides problem-solving assistance to employees and supervisors on work-related issues.
4. Employee Separation
a.Conducts exit interviews of resigned employees.
b.Ensures timely issuance of documents (quit claim, clearance, COE, etc.) to resigned employees.
5. Training and Development
a.Assists the Non-Technical Training Officer in conducting TNA through surveys and action assessment.
b.Coordinates LGC and Principal Trainings with the required attendees.
c.Assists in the implementation of Proficiency Assessment of technicians.
6. Performance Management
a.Assists in the issuance of Performance Appraisal guidelines and forms.
b.Summarizes the results of overall performance appraisal properly ranking officers and employees.
7. Acts as the HR Account Officer of Dagupan.
8. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
1.Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any relevant field.
2.Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of human resources management.
3.Ability to present oral material, & communicate in writing, in a fluent and logical manner
4.Preferably a member of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
5.Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
6.With 3-5 years relevant working experience.
7.Possesses a valid non-professional driver’s license.
