Job Description

Maintaining, revising, and implementing the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Performing benefits administration such as insurances, healthcard, and trainings
Issuance of Personnel Disciplinary Memo’s such as NTE and Notice of Decision
Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Offer, Orientation of new employees
Maintaining 201 Files (Hardcopy and Soft Copy)
Termination, Exit Interview, Processing of Resigned Employee’s Clearance
Process Certificate of Employment requested by employees
Semi-monthly Time-keeping and Payroll in manual process
Requesting for Mandatory payments, encoding for posting of mandatory payment. Ensure that all mandatory benefits deducted will be posted on each government agencies
Participating in Monthly meeting
Monitoring Employee’s attendance such as SL/VL and lates, and 3rd month and 5th evaluation
Assists and supports department managers and all employees regarding personnel issues. Answers employee questions regarding personnel policies, procedures and benefits
Organizing company events such as Team-building, Christmas Party, etc
Filling of HR documents
Other works assigned by President, Finance Manager
