Work Address : Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Taguig, Metro Manila
Answering inbound calls and address clients needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Fluent English (Essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel etc (Essential)
Previous experience in a call centre or something similar
Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, professional phone voice
Ability to perform under pressure and diffuse difficult situations
Strong time management and decision making skills
Outgoing, Confident & friendly
