Job Description

We are looking for Infrastructure/Tech Support - Japanese Speaker (Cebu based)
SALARY: 50,000 - 70,000

Responsibilities:
- Support operations and/or delivery for IT systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements
- Work request processing
- Incident ticketing management
- Continuous quality improvements

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or any related field
- Experience in IT role in Tech Support
- Must be Proficient in Japanese - English Bilingual
