Responsibilities:

• Assesses, troubleshoots, and resolves support issues of the company and the clients
• Demonstrates high product knowledge and acts as product expert for the company and the clients Capable of client facing tasks and can effectively communicate the technical aspects of the product during client presentations
• Performs installations, repairs, configuration and preventative maintenance.
• Develops, tests, and maintains department documentation.
• Maintains inventory records and data
• Hardware and software troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses
• Experience working on any smb/enterprise-level wireless technology devices

like cisco aironet, ruckus, Meraki, ubiquiti, mokrotik, and equivalent is an advantage

• Organization and detail oriented Excellent customer support skills
• 1-2 years experience in desktop support and networking
• Problem solving and writing skills
• Team collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on and coordinate multiple tasks
• Self-starter who can operate with limited supervision and willing to work hard,when needed.
• Must be reliable
• Good english commmunication
• CCNA is an advantage
