Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of any business course or related.
• At least one (1) year experience in Sales preferably with experience in handling Key Accounts like leading Beauty store, drugstore, supermarkets and department stores)
• Background in Key Accounts Management is a Plus.
• Average Negotiation and Salesmanship skills.
• Willing to do field work.
• One (1) Full-Time positions available who will be handling All Watsons Store/Outlets within Metro Manila Area

Job Summary:

• Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

• Key Account Management:
  • Ensures prompt and timely delivery of products.
  • Plans and analyzes sales generating activities in the assigned area and accounts that will support in the achievement of the assigned target.
  • Conducts survey and business review with Trade partners.
• New Accounts Development:
  • Identifies new business prospects for expansion that will contribute additional sales volume.
  • Presents and negotiates company products and other in-store activities.
  • Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationship.

• Accounts Coverage:
  • Prepares itinerary plan and conducts trade visit to monitor sales performance and accounts activities.
• Inventory Management:
  • Availability of Stocks
  • Manage Shipping Return
  • Monitoring of Near Expiry Products
• People Development:
  • Guides/Coaches Sales Coordinator and Promo Representatives to achieve their individual target.
