Position: Mandarin Customer Service Travel Agent – Clark, Pampanga

Schedule: Shifting
Salary: P 50,000 to P 70,000 with Relocation Assistance
Job Responsibilities:
Assist and answering customer’s inquiries
Responsible in handling escalations
Keep the transaction records of customers
Provide customer support thru phone or email
Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder
No experience required
With BPO/ CSR experience is a plus
