Position: Mandarin Email Support – Travel Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: P 30,000-40,000
Schedule: Dayshift
Responsibilities:
Answering the inquiries of customers about booking and reservation thru email
Handled the requests of the customers properly
Responsible in reservation and cancellations of bookings
Provide solutions to misplaced and denied bookings
Requirements:
Open for Filipino only who can speak, read and write Mandarin Language
Proficient in Mandarin Language
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder
Open for fresh graduates
Knowledgeable in Computer
With experience in BPO is a plus
