Position: Mandarin IT Help Desk Specialist

Responsibilities:
Responsible in responding to technical related concerns
Provide solutions to technical related concerns
Follow step by step troubleshooting process to resolve issues
Responsible in handling escalations
Provide customer service phone or email
Record the customer transactions
Answer inquiries in chat or email
Requirements:
Can speak, read and write Mandarin Language
Preferably bachelor’s degree holder
Has a relevant experience in CSR/TSR or in Gaming Industry
Willing to work in Makati City
Can start as soon as possible
