Position: Mandarin IT Support Specialist
Industry: IT Solutions
Location: Ayala, Makati and Pasay City
Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
Responsible in assessing the basics of Network Infrastructure devices and designs like LAN & WAN
Experience with Troubleshooting Desktop machines and basic LAN connectivity
Understanding of Network devices like Routers, Switches and Firewalls
Responsible in ticketing, received issues, and to call submitter to understand the issues
Assist or to understand further the issue from user thru phone and on-site support
Handle incoming support calls and emails to support
Provide predefined solutions to known problems
Requirements:
Fluent in speaking mandarin and reading Chinese
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Ayala, Makati for few months and eventually be based in Pasay, near MOA
Can start immediately will be given priority
