Position: Mandarin Service Desk Support

Salary: P 70,000 - 100,000

Schedule: Shifting


Job Description:

Responsible in providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email and chat and web

Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principle

Record trend of calls and recognizing outages proactively

Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Escalate customer trouble issues when appropriate



Proficiency in Speaking, Reading and Writing Mandarin Language

At least 2 years in college

Experience in related with the role is a plus

Amenable to work in a Shifting schedule
