Position: Mandarin Speaking CSR – Salary P80, 000

Salary: P 80,000 negotiable
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Shifting (dayshift and nightshift)
Job description:
Ensure good customer service is being delivered
Provide a faster service by utilizing computer technology
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions and file documents
Assist customer inquiries through emails and calls
Maintaining and recording accounts information
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any related areas or at least college level
With Customer Service experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Computer applications
