Position: Mandarin Travel Specialist in Pampanga with relocation assistance

Salary: P 50,000 to P 70,000
Job Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and related issues
Make records of customer’s transactions
Responsible in handling escalations
Provide services to customers in chat or email
Requirements:
Proficient in both Mandarin and English Language
Bachelor’s Degree Holder is preferred
With experience in Customer Service is an advantage but not required
Willing to work and relocate in Pampanga
