Job Summary

Executes conversion of raw materials into finished goods of his line; using the resources allocated to him such as manpower, tools, equipment and systems. Ensures that the quality of the raw materials and finished products are within the standard specifications. Operates and maintains process equipment to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ensures availability of raw materials, manpower and equipment during production execution
• Executes planned daily activities
• Communicates and coordinates activities within his line
• Performs shop floor systems and all other Oracle - related transactions for raw materials and finished goods
• Ensures that all finished products of his line conform with the standard quality
• Performs equipment cleaning, inspection and checking of its components and parts every end of production
• Sets up and tests equipment during change products, after cleaning, idle time and/or after Planned Maintenance activities
• Performs adjustments on equipment during production
• Communicates and coordinates equipment related concerns
• Secures tools and other company property in the line

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical),Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent.
• With background in PLC, Instrumentation and Preventive Maintenance
• Willing to be assigned in Canlubang Laguna
