Marketing & Sales Operations Manager

We are a global digital language training company looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager who can help us better communicate our mission of providing everyone an equal voice to the world!

Our ideal manager will effectively supervise our young and talented team of 10, assist in optimizing our processes, and provide guidance in setting and meeting marketing and sales operations KPIs and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Marketing & Sales Ops. teams
  • Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of key projects, and ensure strategic alignment with the company vision
  • Work with the Marketing & Sales Ops. teams to set and meet clear individual KPIs
  • Ensure sales teams and other departments understand marketing requirements
  • Work with Country Managers and Country Marketing Coordinators/Managers in setting their local marketing strategies
  • Directly report to the CEO and the Marketing Executive Committee for overall directions of the department
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing
  • Experience in B2B marketing in the technology space
  • Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localization workflows, and a deep understanding of the creative and production process of marketing outputs
  • Effective and motivational people management skills
  • Highly interested in and comfortable with new technologies
  • Must have effective presentation, organizational, and critical decision-making skills
  • A proactive nature and hands-on approach, with a continuous focus to seek out development opportunities
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo or marketing automation preferred
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
