1. Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form whenever needed.
2. Take the lead in organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations that is compliant with the company branding principles and programs.
3. Ensure that the lead on organizing resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations in close collaboration with the marketing team.
4. Ensure that inventory of sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation is always updated and maintained.
5. Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have concerns about their accounts as instructed by Sales Team.
6. Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures.
7. Work closely with sales executives, marketing, and production to ensure that products are delivered on time and compliant with the standards set by the Customers
