Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Word, Powerpoint & Excel) and Adobe programs (Photoshop and InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Must be willing to work in Pasay City and on weekends for special events
• Skill Set:
  • Copywriting for social media campaigns
  • Graphic Design & Video Editing
  • Mobile Videography & Photography for social media use (Instagram stories, Facebook Live, flat lays etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in flash animation is a plus but not required.
• Organized, hard working & punctual.

Job Responsibilities:

• Graphic design of marketing materials for both online and print use
• Social media community management: scheduling of posts, answering inquiries/concerns, etc. 
• ensures that the company website is updated regularly
• develop & implement local marketing activities
• generate regular marketing reports
• handles all marketing administrative tasks such as but not limited to tracking of ticket orders and upkeep of company database
• overall coordination with different suppliers for production and distribution of marketing materials
• acquire sponsors/partners for the company and school
• handles coordination for private or corporate bookings
• assists media / tv features / interviews of the company
