DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft and supervise the implementation of advertising and media plans, PR Plans, events plans and merchandising plans.
• Optimize marketing budget to help maximize sales and minimize cost.
• Regularly monitor sales vis-a-vis expenses and adjust strategies and plans accordingly.
• Develop and conduct project briefings.
• Supervise the development of marketing collaterals.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, media agencies and providers.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior or Department Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) work experience in real estate marketing, consumer brand management or agency-side account management.
• Advanced knowledge in Residential real estate development industry, company, market and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Web and IT applications.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and budgeting.
• Influencing Ability and leadership competencies.
