- Process customer requests via email and chat system.
- Ensure responses to customer queries are done in prompt and polite manner.
- Respond to basic technical concerns and forward complex issues to a senior associate for resolution.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information and prices to prospective customers.
Requirement
1. FILIPINO - 18 years and above (no age limit)
2. At least High School graduate.
3. Amenable to working on Shifting schedule, including NIGHTSHIFT
4. Average English communication skills
5. Typing speed of 45wpm. Fast learner and computer literate.
6. Responsible and able to work independently
