Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and improve production.
  2. Manage and Improve quality.
  3. Managing TAT.
  4. MAnage attendance and attrition.
  5. People development.
  6. Conduct TNI and ensure requisite training needs are met for the team.
  7. Resource forecasting and planning.
  8. Manage client relationships.
  9. Conduct regular employee touch points via skips and one on ones for the team.
  10. Ensure that company policies are reinforced.
  11. Collaboration with support functions to odentify opportunities and create an action plan for mitigation.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Effective communication skills(verbal and written).
  2. Preferable RCM expertise required.
  3. Good analytical and organizational mskills.
  4. Minimum 6 years of experience and 3 years of team management.
  5. Good process management skills.
  6. High school diploma/ GRD/ (General Education Degree)/ Nursing Graduate.
  7. Knowledge of US Medical billing terminologies.
