Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional role in organization working with sales, marketing, technical and operations in order to achieve results and client satisfaction
  • Ensure Customer KPI’s are met and achieved
  • Manage the e2e order flow and continuously explore ways in which to improve current process and achieve operational efficiencies
  • Manage order rescheduling, photographer attendance, and provide coordination between photographers and clients
  • Participate in the creation of KPIs for photographers and clients to monitor performance
  • Make sure we are meeting our daily and monthly targets for operations
  • Review and manage quality control on photo shots for partner projects
  • Handle customer support questions
  • Prepare analytical reports to management team

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the areas of operations or customer support
  • Must be extremely organised, data driven, can handle multiple tasks
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Possess own laptop
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or French will be a great advantage
  • Willing to work during US and EUR timing (2pm - 11pm; 11pm - 8am; Monday to Friday)
