Job Description

Job Summary

  • This position requires to support the company in Permit and Documentation requirements for all car park sites and head office in coordination to various BLPO and BIR.
  • Provides basic information on permit application requirements, general procedures for processing, and permit fees.
  • Coordinates with Operations and Facilities and Design Department for the needed electrical, civil and other documents needed for compliance of the BPLO.
  • Requests for the payment needed for processing of permits.
  • Ensure the documents with BIR from registration , clearances and payment
  • Pay taxes and secure documents such as Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance as scheduled (quarter or annual payment) of the various municipalities.
  • Process the cancellation of POS and submission of unused tickets with BIR.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate of any Business Related Course.
  • At least six months to one year experience in Processing Permits and Documentation and with knowledge in compliance in LGU and BIR
  • Experience in office management and Operations
