1. If non-licensed, should have either:
? At least six-month call center experience in a healthcare account  OR
? At least six-month work experience in the pharmacy industry (preferably in a community pharmacy)
2. Flexible in shifting schedule and rest days (willing to work on GY)
3. Flexible in task assignment based on business need and client requirements
4. Good communication skills

Job Description:

Assist patients through online medical system.
Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counseling patients.
Protects patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
