Work Address : WCC, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City
- Set up customer services in accordance with internal procedures and SLAs;
- Process, coordinate and follow-up on porting activity for Local DID, International DID and Toll Free orders.
- Interact with carriers in order to troubleshoot routing issues with phone numbers;
- Work closely with Professional Services, Sales and the other Operations teams to process customer related requests;
- Follow up on pending cases and escalations;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows, processes, and resource support.
- Monitor for status updates, update corresponding tickets
- Provide updates to customers and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- 2-year work experience as Project Coordinator, Provisioning Engineer or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Punctuality and accuracy;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to do monotonous work;
- Ability to multitask;
- Problem solving skills;
- Understanding of PSTN, IP-telephony, SaaS solutions and call center specifics;
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux command line interface;
- Experience working via ticketing systems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work night shift or US time schedule
