  • Ability to put into actionable task the business requirements based on project goals  - Translating  business needs to technical specifications
  • Ability to take initiative and be innovative
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Has experience in unit testing and troubleshooting in Power BI
  • Has excellent documentation skills both for technical and business audience
  • Familiarity in backend technologies such as MS SQL
  • Showcase the person’s other technical capabilities  - as these are all nice to have
