Job Description


  • Mass Communication, Communication Arts, and Media Production graduate or  any related course

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, flowcharts)

  • Excellent oral and written skills with fluency in English

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision

  • Ability to work longer hours and willingness to travel

  • Detail-oriented and can execute error-free deliverables

  • Has the ability to motivate the staff and achieve the department's goals and objective

  • Build reciprocal relationship with different types of clients colleagues, contacts, and vendors

  • Mature, Resourceful and Hardworking

  • Results oriented, Ability to meet deadlines and provide quality work

  • Adaptability, analytical thinking, stress tolerance and decision making


  • Work and manage a full team composed of key members from creative technical, and logistics to deliver successful events

  • Attend client meetings for event pre-production briefing

  • Attend ocular visits to visualize event concept

  • Establish production project plan implementation; Draft Summary of Event Expenses (SEE) for presentation to Operations Director for review and approval

  • In-charge of event project costing and budget management

  • Work with internal and external partners ensuring logistics needs are met and finalized; Deals and negotiates with suppliers, talents, and manpower staff

  • Oversee overall client event and production ensuring proper execution and implementation

  • Assist with processing of events payments and (suppliers, manpower, talents, venue, etc.)

  • Attend Post-Mortem event meeting
