Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years work experience as Production Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledgeable in Time and Motion Studies, Production flow layouts, Cost Savings Analysis, and Reengineering, Lean Management principles and programs
- With proven experience in Production Planning, Manpower Management, Process improvement and automation
- With strong leadership skills and has the ability to motivate and get along with others in a team environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and can easily adapt to changing situations and environments
- Preferably residents of Pasig City or nearby areas
