JOB DESCRIPTION

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years work experience as Production Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledgeable in Time and Motion Studies, Production flow layouts, Cost Savings Analysis, and Reengineering, Lean Management principles and programs
• With proven experience in Production Planning, Manpower Management, Process improvement and automation
• With strong leadership skills and has the ability to motivate and get along with others in a team environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and can easily adapt to changing situations and environments
• Preferably residents of Pasig City or nearby areas
