Job Description

A boutique but full service marketing communications agency is looking for qualified team members who would like to grow with the company in working with  selected clientele in mobile phone, notebook/laptop, gaming, hotel, casino, food, health, government, local and international NGOs and other advertising agencies for their events, advertising, below-the-line/activation, PR, creatives and advocacy requirements.

 

PROJECT COORDINATOR

 

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from end-to-end and should be able to efficiently manage his/her time in handling several projects at the same time.

 

  • Experience or exposure in handling both the front end and back end of a project
  • Must posses common sense, practicality, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Can work in a fast-faced environment but still delivering excellent work
  • Ability to use PowerPoint to create decks for his/her work and Excel for reports, budget or comparatives/matrix
  • Above average communications skills, written and verbal, and can deal with all types of people from top management, celebrities or their agents, third party suppliers to manpower
  • Good negotiation skills, particular with details, results-oriented, “street smart”, honest and trustworthy
  • Ability to contribute to conceptualisation, ideation and improvements in project operations
  • Ability to understand the brief and must be confident to ask questions for clarifications
  • Can work with minimal supervision and has keen eye for details
  • Willing to regularly report to a home office in Kapitolyo, Pasig (occasionally, in Makati office)
  • Willing to do field work and leg work
  • Willing to travel for projects and events out of town
