Responsibilities:

 Lead Technology Projects with Digital Campaign and Publishing from Project Initiation to Closure
 Design project schedule
 Ensure efficient allocation of assigned resource
 Liaise with Program Manager and related Functional Leads on resource suitability, availability and assignment
 Run kick off meeting for project
 Write Project Charter
 Perform Risk Management by running risk workshops, maintaining a risk/issue register, escalating risks as necessary, monitoring and controlling risks throughout the project duration
 Operate/adhere to Service Delivery Management process including ensuring preparedness for Process Quality Assurance
 Perform Project Monitoring and control by maintaining milestone charts traffic lights, creating weekly status reports
 Liaise with Development Manager, Campaign Manager, other PMs and related teams and stakeholders for project status
 Maintain relationship with stakeholders and clients
 Maintain complete and accurate data within the PM Information System
 Monitor and control scope adherence, functionality, effort and duration
 Raise project change requests
 Triage priorities of inbound requests from client
 Manage day-to-day workflow of project activities and requirements
 Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring the members act as a cohesive and highly productive team
 Ensure accurate estimates and actuals are provided to the content project manager
 Perform tasks/ duties as assigned by Head and required by needs of the business

Desired Skills & Experience: 
 At least 3-5 years Web Development or Digital Campaign and Publishing experience
 At least 3 years in a team leadership and Project Management role
 Demonstrated success in a client service project delivery environment – particularly in development and test management
 Strong people management and coaching and mentoring skills
