岗位职责：

管理基于全球众包资源群体的多语种语音转写标注项目

• 与中国、澳洲、美国的项目管理团队合作，制定多语言语音转写标注项目的交付计划
• 与全球招聘团队密切合作，确保及时充分的众包资源供给
• 制定并执行资源培训体系及和质量考核体系，确保项目交付质量
• 追踪项目收入，追踪并控制项目成本，保证健康的利润率
• 与客户进行日常沟通，明确项目需求，解决问题，为新项目制定交付方案
• 参与并驱动语音转写标注项目软件平台及工具的开发改进工作

任职要求：

• 3年以上工作经验
• 1年以上众包项目管理经验
• 有较强的英语口语及书面语能力，能够以英语作为工作语言
• 大学本科学历，专业不限
• 熟悉常用办公软件

薪资待遇：

• 10,000-15,000元/月

Job Title:

• Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-language speech transcription projects leveraging in-country crowd resources
• Collaborate with global project management teams in China, Australia and US to draw delivery plan for multi-language speech transcription projects
• Collaborate with global recruiting team to ensure sufficient supply of active resources for each target market
• Draw and optimize training system and quality management system, ensure project delivery quality
• Track project income, monitor and control cost, ensure healthy profit margin
• Conduct routine communications with clients, clarify requirement, solve problems, draw plans for new project requests
• Participate in and drive the development and improvement of transcription platform and tools

Qualifications:

• 3 years working experience
• 1 year crowdsourcing project management experience
• Strong English communication skills, able to use English as working language
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Familiar with office software

Compensation:

• 10,000-15,000 RMB/month
